The small video animation of the pancakes, where the butter melts over them.  This is the first time I've done any sort of animation work, I used the animation tools on photoshop, at first I found it a little difficult, but as with most things after a little while it became much more easy, I think I will continue to try and use it as it could be a useful additional skill in the future.
